View notifications and discussions

Discussions can only be created by an Admin in the desktop version.

You cannot start a new discussion in the mobile app, but you can participate by sending messages in existing discussions.

Notifications

You can view notifications related to the following processes:

• Completion of mass export or import
• Completion of file import performed via the Data Import shortcut
• Completion of dividing documents into folders
• Messages manually created by the Admin

Most of these actions can be configured in the desktop version by users who have the appropriate roles.

View notifications

Go to the Inbox tab.

Discussions

Discussions are messages sent through the Document Discussion attribute. They can be linked to a specific document or be general.
You can create discussions in the desktop version from any document that includes this attribute.

View discussions

1. Go to the Inbox tab.
2. Select the Discussions sub-tab.
   
   

Create discussion

Discussions can only be created by an Admin in the desktop version.

1. Go to the Inbox tab.
2. Select the Discussions sub-tab.
   
   
3. Select the needed discussion.
   
   
4. In the upper-right corner, select the three-dot menu.
   
   
5. Select See members.
