Work with folders and documents

Create new folder

  1. Open the Repository tab, and then, in the bottom-right corner, select +.

  2. Select Create new folder.

  3. In the Name box, enter the needed name.
  4. Select Save.

Note: The rest of the folder settings such as accesses, columns, and allowed document types can be configured in the desktop application.

Rename folder

  1. Open the Repository tab.
  2. Find the folder you want to rename, and then select the more icon on it.

  3. Select Rename.

  4. In the Name box, make the adjustments, and then select Rename.

Upload new document

  1. Open the Repository tab, and then, in the bottom-right corner, select +.

  2. Select Upload new document.

  3. Select the needed file from the file browser, and then select Open.

  4. In the Name box, make the adjustments if needed.
  5. In the Document Type box, select the needed document type from the dropdown list.
  6. Select Save.

Note: If you uploaded multiple documents, you can select the Apply this type to all uploaded files checkbox to assign the same name and document type to every file.

If the Apply this type to all uploaded files checkbox is deselected, you can assign a separate name and document type for each file. After completing the fields for the first document, select Save to proceed to the form for the next uploaded file.

Scan document

  1. Open the Repository tab, and then, in the bottom-right corner, select +.

  2. Select Scan document.

  3. In the camera interface, take a photo of the document.
