This Privacy Policy describes how Nectain s.r.o, Czech Republic based company (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects personal data of licensed users (“User,” “you,” or “your”) who access our services through the mobile application (the “App”). Only users who have already obtained a valid license for the Product (Nectain Data Management System, DMS) may access and use the App. By using the App, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy, which is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and the Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on Personal Data Processing, as amended.
