1. What are the deployment options (cloud-only, on-premise, hybrid)?

Cloud and On-Premise deployments are supported.

2. What cloud providers does Nectain support (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)?

AWS is used by default.
Deployment on Azure and Google Cloud is also possible.

3. Is Nectain FISMA certified or Federal-compatible (for U.S. government contracts)?

No.

4. What compliance certifications does Nectain hold (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)?

5. Does Nectain meet FedRAMP requirements?

FedRAMP requirements have not been analyzed in detail, as the platform is not currently focused on U.S. federal government organizations.

6. Where are data centers located? Can U.S.-only hosting be specified?

Yes. Hosting is based on AWS infrastructure, and U.S.-only data center hosting can be selected.
