About the General Prosecutor's Office

Dating back to 1917, the General Prosecutor’s Office is the central body in Ukraine’s prosecutor’s office system. Its functions are carried out with the goal of  protecting human rights and freedoms as well as the general interests of society and the state.

The Challenge

Following the directive of the General Prosecutor of Ukraine, heads of regional prosecutor’s offices were required to replace paper workflows with electronic document management. Such a requirement sought to ensure the timely execution of enacted laws.

Nectain’s Task

Implementation of EDMS

To help the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine meet the aforementioned requirement, Nectain implemented an electronic document management system (EDMS) with the Nectain platform.
