The Challenge
Following the directive of the General Prosecutor of Ukraine, heads of regional prosecutor’s offices were required to replace paper workflows with electronic document management. Such a requirement sought to ensure the timely execution of enacted laws.
Nectain’s Task
Implementation of EDMS
To help the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine meet the aforementioned requirement, Nectain implemented an electronic document management system (EDMS) with the Nectain platform.
Project Highlights
100% electronic transition
Document handling is now carried out electronically.
Greater speed and control
Processing speed and mechanism control have improved.
Results
Smooth Transition to Electronic
Thanks to Nectain’s implementation of the electronic document management system, the General Prosecutor’s office in Kyiv began registering and processing internal documents digitally. This process was later extended to external documents.
Maximized Operational Efficiency
The new document management system enables enhanced management and operational efficiency across the board. By transitioning to electronic document management, the General Prosecutor's Office has improved the speed and accuracy of their document processing and strengthened the overall control and oversight mechanisms.
