Adjust display

Change view

To switch to the Card View, in the toolbar, select the the card view icon icon.

The card view displays documents as preview thumbnails, allowing you to see visual representations of your documents.

To switch to the Table View, in the toolbar, select the the table view icon icon.

The table view displays documents in rows with columns showing document properties such as Name, Document Number, etc.

Show/Hide column

1. Hover over a folder, and then select the the vertical three dots icon  icon (1).

2. Select the Settings icon Settings .

3. Go to the Table columns tab.

4. To hide column, select the the remove icon icon next to its name.

5. Select the Save button.

Reorder columns

1. Hover over a folder, and then select the the vertical three dots icon icon (1).

2. Select the Settings icon Settings .

3. Go to the Table columns tab.

4. To reorder columns, drag the the vertical three dots icon icon next to each column.

5. Select the Save button.

Show/hide item preview

1. Select the needed document or folder (1), and then in the toolbar, select the the show preview icon icon .

2. On the right side of the screen, the platform will display the Preview sidebar.

3. Use the tabs to switch between different types of item information, such as DetailsDocument Image, or History.

Display more items on page

You can adjust how many items are displayed on a single page when browsing folders and documents.

To change the number of items displayed per page:

  1. Navigate to the folder where you want to view more items.
  2. On the page footer, you'll find the pagination controls.
  3. Select the Items per page dropdown list, and then select your preferred number of items to display.

The page will automatically refresh to display the number of items you selected.
