The Challenge
The enterprise had an outdated system for receiving applications from citizens and organizations: they were received either by phone calls or in person.
There was disjointed electronic document management within the main office, subdivisions, and eight production complexes. The processing of applications between subscriber offices and production complexes was carried out by telephone and through paper document management.

STEP 01 Single Window System Implementation
Over six months, a system for receiving and supporting technical documentation was implemented, which operates on the "Single Window" principle on the UnityBase platform. Following the decision to implement the system, the management of Vodokanal needed to allocate time for detailed staff training.
STEP 02 Staff Training and Support
UnityBase specialists conducted training for the staff. The training process took place on the actual system, which was configured for operation and contained the necessary data. A User Manual was developed and provided to each employee. A special support service that quickly responded to all user inquiries operated in the first months of the new system.
